Program Rules - Terms and Conditions
The Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada) program has been designed exclusively for the corporate end-user. Distributors and Resellers do not qualify for the Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada) program.
Please read this Member Agreement carefully before accessing or using Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada). By accessing or using Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below, as if you had actually signed them. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth below, you may not use Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada).
If you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth, you will check the "accept terms and conditions" box on the registration page. You acknowledge and agree that this member agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Fujifilm Canada Inc. Fujifilm Canada Inc. may modify the terms and conditions in this member agreement as described below. You agree to review the member agreement often to familiarize yourself with such modifications.
While Fujifilm Canada Inc. does not generally require that you provide us with personally identifiable information to visit and use many of our sites, please note that in order to participate in Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada), it will be necessary for you to provide this information (your e-mail address, legal name, company name, mailing address, telephone number, etc.) to accumulate points and order rewards merchandise. If you choose not to provide individually identifiable information, you will not be able to participate in Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada) and your account may be deactivated.
Fujifilm Canada Inc. in its sole discretion reserves the right to cancel this program at any time without prior notice.
Fujifilm Canada Inc. in its sole discretion reserves the right to add and delete products and adjust point values without prior notice.
Terms and Conditions
- Only corporate end-users in Canada are eligible to participate in Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada).
- Member must be a corporate end-user. Distributors and resellers of Fujifilm Canada products are not eligible.
- Membership in Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada), any points earned utilizing Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada), or any other related membership benefits are not transferable.
- Complete the Registration Form.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada) Program by checking the box next to "accept terms and conditions" on the registration page.
- Click on "Submit."
Password & Account Access:
Member's Password & Account Access Rights & Responsibilities
Member must select a password as part of the registration process. Login user name is members email address. Passwords can be changed through the Update Profile and Update Password functions. User names and passwords are case sensitive.
In order to prevent unauthorized activity, to access Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada) Member must give Fujifilm Canada Inc. the selected Member identification name and password to update Member profile information and redeem Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada) points.
Member must be logged in to Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada), using his/her Member identification name and password, to access his/her Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada) account.
For security purposes, Member is advised to memorize, and not to write down, his/her user name and password.
Member is responsible for keeping his/her user name and password confidential and is solely responsible for all activities that occur under Member's user name and password, including all unauthorized activities.
Member agrees to (a) immediately notify Fujifilm Canada of any unauthorized use of Member's Member identification name and password or any other breach of security related to this Web site or Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada), and (b) ensure that Member exits from Member's account at the end of each session by logging out.
Member agrees to abide by all applicable municipal, provincial, federal, and international laws and regulations with respect to Member's account.
Fujifilm Canada's Password & Account Access Rights & Responsibilities
Fujifilm Canada will encrypt Member's password on the database.
Fujifilm Canada is entitled to act on instructions received under Member's user name and password.
Fujifilm Canada cannot and will not be liable for any credits or debits made to Member's account by another individual who uses Member's password, or for any loss or damage arising from Member's failure to adequately safeguard Member's user name and/or password.
Each Member consents to Fujifilm Canada's employees being able to access his or her account and records on a case-by-case basis to investigate complaints or allegations of abuse. If this occurs, Fujifilm Canada shall not disclose the existence or occurrence of such an investigation unless otherwise required by law.
Generally, only the Member named on the account will be entitled to access account information. However, Fujifilm Canada does comply with court orders and subpoenas and cooperates with investigations by provincial and federal agencies. Under these circumstances, your account information may be shared with others with or without your knowledge or consent.
To Obtain Points:
Purchase eligible Fujifilm Data Products, as outlined below, within the program period starting sixty (60) days prior to enrollment date.
Complete the Claim Form, print the Claim Confirmation page, and sign it.
Send completed Claim Confirmation page and Proof of Purchase, within 90 days from date of purchase, to the following address:

Proof of Purchase
Customer Invoice (original or copy) - must list reseller, date, product description, quantity, and unit price. A printout of an order confirmation from a computer screen is not acceptable.
Proof of Purchase will be inspected for authenticity by Fujifilm Canada. Once validated by Fujifilm Canada , points will be automatically posted to the available balance (shown on the Account Summary page) of the individual account.
Fujifilm Canada reserves the right to reject any Proof of Purchase and may at any time require additional or alternate forms of Proof of Purchase to validate sale.
Once points are posted to site, they can be redeemed for rewards.
To Redeem Points for Rewards:
Rewards and corresponding points required are posted on site under View Rewards.
- Click on desired award for more information. You can then select the item, change quantity, and "Add to Shopping Cart." Award is then transferred to the shopping cart.
- When shopping is complete click "Checkout."
- Confirm shipping address and contact information, and then select either "Company" or "Home."
- Submit order by clicking "Submit."
After registration is complete, and login user name and password have been established, the Member's account is then eligible to earn points.
Fujifilm reserves the right to expire member points after 360 days of not receiving an approved claim after the date of last approved claim for said member. Fujifilm Canada reserves the exclusive right to change these terms at any time for any reason.
Program participants earn points for each of the eligible Fujifilm Recording Media Products purchased within the program period starting sixty ( 60) days prior to enrollment date. Always refer to the online claim form for up-to-date point values for participating products.
Point status changes from "Pending" to "Approved" after Proof of Purchase are validated by Fujifilm. Proof of Purchase must be postmarked within ninety (90) days from date of purchase. If Proof of Purchase is not postmarked within the established timeframe, Pending Points will be forfeited.
Fujifilm Canada in its sole discretion reserves the right to cancel this program at any time without prior notice. Fujifilm Canada may terminate the program in writing at any time, allowing any registered participant ninety (90) days from termination of the program to redeem any earned points, after which all points will expire and be void.
Program participants may terminate program participation in writing at any time, forfeiting all earned points that have not been redeemed to the program participant.
Fujifilm Canada reserves the right to adjust point levels, adjust participating products, change redemption time periods and change the Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada) program rewards upon thirty (30) days prior written notice via posting to the program participant on the "what's new" page of tapepower.ca. Written notice will consist of a posting on the "Program Rules" page of tapepower.ca.
Fujifilm reserves the right to audit the site for accuracy and make adjustments to account balances as necessary.
By participating in the Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada) program, program participants represent to Fujifilm Canada that receipt of rewards will not cause the participant to violate any laws, orders, rules, or regulations applicable to its business.
By accepting rewards, the program participant agrees that Fujifilm Canada, its affiliated companies, agents, their respective officers, directors, or employees and agents will have no liability for any damage or loss suffered by participant in connection with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of rewards or relating to the administration of the program, even if due to fault or negligence by any of the foregoing.
Sales taxes (GST, PST, and HST) are included in all reward points values.
Participants are responsible for determining, recording, and paying all federal and provincial taxes related to rewards. It is important that participants keep records of all rewards. Participants should consult with their tax advisors for tax guidelines specific to them. Any and all tax liabilities arising from the program are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Point Redemption Guidelines:
Fujifilm Canada will provide to the program participant rewards offered by Fujifilm Canada and selected by the program participant from a specified rewards list in the Fujifilm Megapoints (Canada) program. In the event that the selected award is no longer available, an award of equal value will be substituted.
Fujifilm Canada will generally fulfill a selected item for receipt by the Program Participant within one (1) week of receipt of submission of participant's order by Fujifilm Canada. Please allow six-eight (6-8) weeks for delivery of all rewards. All shipments are sent via ground and require signature for delivery. Fujifilm Canada is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail, damage or delays.
Participants may return and exchange merchandise rewards within 30 days for any reason. Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all packing materials, accessories, plastic bags and manuals. Please e-mail your MegaPoints coordinator at: email@example.com for instructions and questions. Refunds will be issued in points only.
Defective/damaged rewards must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt and will be replaced by Fujifilm Canada with the same or a similar award. Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all packing materials, accessories, plastic bags and manuals.
If an award is out of stock, Fujifilm Canada will "hold" the redemption order until the selected award is available to be sent to the program participant.
Award shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
Award shipments cannot be shipped outside of Canada.
Fraudulent submission of Redemption, Claim or Proof of Purchase could result in federal prosecution.
Program is open to Canadian residents only.
Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
Employees of Fujifilm Canada and distributors and resellers of Fujifilm Recording Media Products are not eligible to participate.
This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
Fujifilm Canada is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. If points are not posted to your account within 3-4 weeks of submission of claim backup documentation, please e-mail your MegaPoints coordinator at: firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.Please Note:
Rewards offered in connection with this program are subject to change without prior notice. Should a product be discontinued or withdrawn, the Program Awards Center may substitute a product of equivalent value, if available, or cancel your order and make an appropriate refund. Accidental typographical errors sometimes occur in merchandise descriptions and product values. In this event, we reserve the right to notify you of the correct description or value before merchandise is shipped. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or inability to fulfill for any cause such as fire, explosion, action of the elements, strikes, or other differences with workers; restrictions or restraints imposed by law, rules or other order of public authority; or interruption of transportation beyond our control.
